Changes must be made seven days before the trip, since we won’t be able to accept them after that.
We won’t charge you if the trip dates are modified once; however, there will be fees for subsequent postponement adjustments.
You alone will be responsible for any additional expenses brought on by these changes.
Only after taking into account a number of factors, such as availability, trip dates, cost, etc., can the necessary changes be made.
Simply write a cancellation letter or speak by phone with the sales representative you were in contact with earlier to change your plans. The upfront payment will not be refunded as a cancellation fee. However, we will return the money after deducting service fees if we believe your case is valid and you notified us at least seven days before your trip.
