Namchi is a picturesque hill town nestled in South Sikkim, sitting at an altitude of approximately 5,500 ft above sea level.   • By Air:The nearest airport is Pakyong Airport (near Gangtok), around 65 km away. Another option is Bagdogra Airport (West Bengal), roughly 110 km away, which offers more frequent flights.
  • By Train: : The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), approximately 100 km away. From there, hire a taxi or take a shared cab.
  • By Road: Namchi has good road connectivity with Gangtok, Siliguri, Pelling, and other nearby towns. For the hilly routes, hiring a private taxi or taking a shared SUV is the most comfortable travel option.
